TKC is a Chartered Building Services Design practice and is registered with CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers).

The company directors are qualified engineers (electrical and mechanical) and are registered with the Engineering Council and further hold current full memberships of CIBSE, IET and ASHRAE.

At TKC we actively undertake formalised CPD (Continuous Professional Development) seminars on a maximum quarterly basis to encourage the technical development of all our staff.

We operate the use of template calculation and procedural forms and all work undertaken is checked for accuracy and detail (and formally signed off) at director level, prior to its issue electronically.

It is our policy to have a director appointed to each project within our remit, as we believe this is the ultimate method of maintaining control of our service and also of providing a decision maker at all Client based meetings etc. We believe an equity director should be fully conversant with every project that we are commissioned for.

Each director within TKC is a true “working” director and is personally and continuously involved with both the design of the project and as such, the appointed director assumes responsibility for the management and performance of the respective project and the engineering personnel allocated to deliver the project.

At present, there are two equity directors within TKC and as such, we attach in this section the respective CV’s for each. Obviously, should further CV’s be required for other members of the practice then these can be forwarded, as and when requested.
